How does number transfer work?
We start the process as soon as you sign. The transfer takes 24-48 working hours. You don't lose service during the switch: your current line stays active until the new one kicks in. You don't need to notify your previous operator — we take care of that.
What's this Zone 1 roaming?
Zone 1 includes the countries of the European Economic Area: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Hungary, Ireland, Réunion, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Moldova, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Ukraine. When you travel to any of them, you use your GB and calls just like in Spain, at no extra cost.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes, any time and at no cost. Moving from 25 GB to 50 GB, or to unlimited, takes us a few hours remotely.
What happens to the GB I don't use?
They automatically roll over to next month's allowance. You don't lose them as long as you stay a customer.
How is billing handled?
Direct debit, charged monthly in advance. The first bill may include a pro-rated charge from your activation day; the rest are always the fixed amount of your plan, plus — if applicable — any extra usage from the previous month for things not included (premium numbers, etc.).
Is there a commitment?
Never. You can cancel or change your plan whenever you want, with no penalty.
If I leave, can I keep my number?
Of course. Your number is yours. If you decide to move to another operator, they'll port it automatically when you sign with them.
