Not included

  • Calls to premium numbers (806, 905, etc.)
  • Calls to destinations outside the 25 countries in the International plan
  • Standalone landline: it must come with one of our fibre plans
  • Physical phone handset (any RJ11 phone works)

  1. 1 Sign the porting form. We handle the switch with your previous operator.
  2. 2 The transfer takes a few days. In the meantime, your current landline keeps working.
  3. 3 Once it's done, we let you know. You plug the phone into the router and you're calling.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about landline

Can I get the landline on its own, without fibre?
No. The landline goes with one of our fibre plans (Fibre 500 or Fibre 1000). If you don't have our fibre yet, we activate it the same day we install.
Can I add the landline later, if I already have fibre?
Yes, any time and completely remotely. We don't need to come to your home.
Can I keep my lifelong landline number?
Yes, the transfer is free. You just sign the porting form and we handle the rest. Your current landline keeps working until the transfer is complete.
What happens when I go over the 2,000 / 1,500 minutes?
Extra calls are charged at the operator's standard rate. We bill the extra use the following month.
Do I need a special phone?
No. Any landline phone with an RJ11 connector (the lifelong phone cable) works. You plug it directly into the phone port on the router we leave with you.
Is there a commitment?
None. You can cancel the landline whenever you want with no penalty (the fibre commitment is separate, the first 12 months for the free installation).
If I call a country not on the International list, what happens?
The call goes through but is charged at standard destination rate. We bill it as extra usage. If you regularly call a specific country, tell us and we'll see what we can do.
