2. What data we collect and when
We only collect data you voluntarily provide when you fill out the coverage form or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone.

- Notes or comments you voluntarily add
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data exclusively to respond to your information request, verify coverage at your address and, if you wish, manage your service signup.
- Legal basis: your express consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) or the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
If you sign up with us, we keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the periods legally required (tax, commercial, etc.).
If you don't end up signing up, we delete your data within a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to keep it for future communications.
5. Who we share your data with
We don't sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it when strictly necessary to provide the service or by legal obligation:
- Wholesale network operator, if you sign up for fibre or mobile (required to activate the line).
- Banking entity that processes direct debit payments.
- Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.

- Rectification: correcting inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: asking us to delete your data when no longer needed.

- Withdrawing your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
7. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the above rights, write to info@costatelecom.es indicating your name, the right you wish to exercise and, if you consider it, attaching a copy of your ID to verify your identity.
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in line with the state of the technology, the nature of the data and the risks involved.
