Zone 1 roaming is included in every Costa Telecom mobile plan. You don't need to activate anything before travelling.
Same GB and minutes
You use your same data and call allowance as in Spain. If your plan has 25 GB, you have 25 GB there too.

Fair use
Roaming is meant for travel and temporary stays. If you spend more time connected outside Spain than in Spain (days and consumption), EU rules let your operator apply surcharges or suspend roaming. In practice this only affects people who permanently reside outside Spain. If you have any doubts about your case, call us before you travel and we'll review it.
If you travel outside the EU
If you go to the United States, Morocco, Turkey, Switzerland, or any country outside Zone 1, roaming is NOT included in your plan. Let us know before you leave and we'll explain international rates or how to disable it so there are no surprises.
